Review on Boraam 36824 Stool 24 Inch Cappuccino by Shannon Judd

We've had this stool for 5 months now and I'm so glad I bought it! It sat in my shopping cart for about 3 weeks wondering if I wanted it. I'm so glad I made the purchase. It is a solid wood construction. It moves easily around the kitchen without being too heavy for my 5 year old to lift to move across the carpet. It was easy to construct, although I had 2 screws that I couldn't get all the way in because of the corner. This was not a hazard or problem when they were only screwed in 3/4 and it was probably user error although I followed the instructions fully. I love that the steps fold into the stool and my kids often use it to sit at the dining table when we need extra seating. The only thing I don't like is the grooves in the steps, because crumbs and dirt get stuck in the slat slots and need to be cleaned. It wipes clean easily and the grooves are wide enough that removing sticky materials isn't much of a problem. We love this stool and even with the grooves I give it 5 stars. I chose white because fingerprints or dust are not as easy to see as on black. I was happy with my color choice.
