Disappointing performance
Bought the pan because of its size to make a sponge for Buche de Noel (similar to a roller in texture). First wash in soapy water according to directions. Maybe I was hoping too much, but the cake stuck to the non-stick surface like glue. Dissatisfied.
- Dishwasher safe but hand washing recommended to prolong product life
