It doesn't say "bright " on the packaging, but the color is very pleasant.

Since I'm just getting started with Cricut Maker, I wanted to have accessories on hand. So my review is a Cricut newbie review. This roll of vinyl was packaged well, but the packaging doesn't say it's a 'lightweight' version. It just says "Iron" like my other new reels that weren't the "Lite" version. However, this is the color you would expect from navy blue, but obviously you can tell it apart from black.
