Very Cute and Good Quality
It's a dog dress.it looks well made and my dog is adorable in it. I measured her back and thought 14" may be too long, but it worked well. I would actually say its a bit shorter than what I thought, but I think its due to her thicker chest and the ruffles. Regardless, it fits decently and makes all the family think she is the cutest!
