I am a regular customer. I bought this case for my iPad Pro (12.9) and I love it. I decided to replace the case on my iPad mini 4 and went with this one. The advantage of this case and its difference from others is the detachable case. Sometimes I just want to have the iPad in my hand without a thick, heavy case or sleeve, but sometimes I want the case to protect it while it's in my bag or in my car, this case serves a dual function. I remove the case when I'm just using my iPad as an e-reader or consuming media, and put the case back on when I'm done and ready to charge or put it in my bag. The case is lightweight and the cutouts and features are well thought out. There are no exposed parts on the tablet. I once bought a thin phone case that exposed the face of the phone in such a way that it scratched right on the bottom corner of the face. That won't happen here. In general I like this business. My only issue is that I ordered a champagne (cover) thinking it would be a flat or matte finish, but it's actually some kind of shimmer. It's up to me I should have just picked a safe color like black, blue, or gray. The case is solid and looks well made. When the cover is removed, you get a durable transparent TPU case that protects your tablet. The cutouts are precise. I highly recommend this case. The transparent part hasn't yellowed on my iPad Pro for over a year and looks brand new.
