First disappointment, straight out of the box….

Yesterday I received a GREE 8000 BTU block. I had a question about the installation, I called customer service to find out they don't support homeowners, only licensed HVAC technicians...really? Also, the translation of the user manual is poorly published. There are not enough complete instructions for installing flexible screens, I had to find out how to do it with the device, otherwise the instructions in the manual were incomplete. Disappointment with GREE was my first reaction, I hope the results will get better when I turn on the device... we'll see.

INTELLIGENT TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Green Window air conditioners use the unique "I FEEL" technology, which more accurately detects and controls the room temperature. When the controller receives an I FEEL command, it works with the ambient temperature value sent from the remote control, which is sent every 10 minutes.
