Review on Bialetti Moka Induction: 4-Cup Red Espresso Pot for All Hobs by Brody Jacobs

Makes a really tasty cup of coffee. Faster than pouring when you count the time it takes to heat the water - it only takes a few minutes on my induction stovetop - I found the medium heat setting worked best. There is nothing to recycle except land that can be composted. The only downside I had is that it holds heat pretty well, so it takes quite a while for it to cool down enough to erase and reload. But these pots are cheap enough that you can get two or three if you need to brew faster than one pot can comfortably handle. Update: I've been using it daily for three months now and I'm seeing a lot of small rust/corrosion spots in the bottom pan. They are difficult to wipe off and reappear after the next use.
