I really like how durable this Niksa mini trampoline is and then I add a support handle and I feel safe on the spot when I run or jog. As an older person, it's very important to add percussion exercises to increase bone density, so I jumped at the opportunity to get a trampoline with a handle. I live in a very rainy area and can't walk every day in the winter, so having another form of exercise available is important. I used to have a trampoline but it wouldn't fold and was difficult to store. This folds into four parts, making it easy to hide. If I could suggest an improvement it would be to enlarge the images on the instructions page. But still, this grandmother was able to assemble it herself.
