My money is wasted, the product is terrible.

This is not my first SSD. The previous one worked for more than 3 years and was replaced only due to lack of space for the system and all the necessary software. I still remember him fondly. There was not a single problem with him. When choosing a disk, I re-read a bunch of reviews and reviews and I liked the A-data disks. And they spoke well of them and the price is attractive. But then I realized that the reviews were written about old models, but the new ones from A-data do not shine. At that time, this model had just appeared and there was not much information about it. But I decided to trust the reputation of the manufacturer. But when I put it on, it immediately gave me a surprise. At first, Windows did not want to be installed on it. But with dancing with a tambourine, he still installed it. Killed all day. (By the way, I spent 40 minutes installing the previous SSD from the moment I unpacked it). More often, it began to work tolerably, but sometimes it was buggy during downloads, was not defined as bootable, or generally led to a hang on the passage of the post. If, nevertheless, the computer did not freeze, I had to go to the boot menu and start Windows from there. To be honest, for a long time I sinned on the battery on the motherboard, since someone put forward such a theory on one of the forums. I changed the battery, but the problem remained. And now, after a year and a half, it has become invisible even in the BIOS. The computer won't boot. Now I understand that even before that, it was the disk that was to blame for boot problems. It now boots from a flash drive without any problems at all. The store where I bought it no longer exists. I don’t even know where to go, they don’t have official services here. It seems that I read that only by mail to the manufacturer to send. But for the money that such a transfer will cost, it is easier to add and buy a new disk. Do not send such things by regular mail and without insurance. Probably, buying another disk, from another manufacturer is the best solution than messing with this Adata. This disc set an absolute anti-record. By the way, my old SSD still works great for a friend. I regret selling it.

Pros
  • Except that once A-data produced good discs, but that was in the past.
Cons
  • Problems from the very moment of purchase and subsequent death
