I bought this for myself because I was looking for something nice in dark green. I think it looks like a May birthday stone I've seen. I don't see any blue in mine, although I was hoping I wouldn't. "I wear green to remember the kidneys of the person I love" as my brother is due for a kidney transplant on July 10, 2019. That's why I bought it as a symbol for him. It's nicer than in the pictures. The center stone sticks out more than I expected, but it's just beautiful. It did not come in a gold gift box as stated in the description. The gift box arrived exactly as pictured. The sticker is on the top of the packaging. However, it was a gift for me, so I don't care about the gift box. I posted a photo of the gift box although it might be important to someone else. I think people will see this and ask where I got this from. That's great. When I took the photos I noticed that TK316 is printed on the inside of the ring. I wanted something safe and durable. I can't find anything on the web about the safety of the black coating, but I've read that the 316 is good quality. I don't know what TK means. I will only take it off if I go to the pool or the ocean and see what happens. I'll come back and update to let you know if it stays that way. I received mine on July 1st, 2019 but took these photos on July 2nd, 2019 after wearing them non-stop and with soapy water on my hands. Too early to see how he'll hold it all the time. It's so comfortable to wear that I didn't want to take it off to take pictures because I already feel naked without it. This is one of the most beautiful and comfortable rings I have ever seen or owned. Beauty is more important to me than "real stone" and at a great price. I love him so much. If it doesn't last, I'll buy another one. Then I just have to stop wearing it constantly when that happens. I hope it remains as beautiful as the day it arrived. We will see. Thank you for making such a beautiful ring at a price I can afford. If there are no updates, assume it's still working fine for me. Unless something changes, this is definitely a 5 star ring.
