This is a must if you live in a warm climate and need to leave your bike outside for several hours when working, shopping or going elsewhere. My seat was so hot I could feel it burning through my jeans. With the sunshade I can leave the bike in the sun for hours and go outside without a sunshade and the seat can be a bit warm but not nearly as bad as before.
