Review on Yerba Prima Tampico Skin Brush Personal Care by Miriam Moore

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Pretty coarse in bath and body brushes

PROS==========================1. Coarser/harder than most other brushes I've tried. I wanted something that wasn't soft when I lathered it up but stayed bristly when I rubbed it. This one has.2. Detachable from the handle for manual use.3. Good grip with carrying strap CONS=========================1. Detachable from the handle for manual use. I was only going to use it on my back so I bought waterproof wood glue and permanently glued the handle onto the brush head.2. Because the handle is so long, it doesn't sit on any of the shelves in the shower. I fixed this by purchasing a waterproof coat hanger hook from Walmart. I placed the hook so the water wouldn't get in, but close enough that it could be grabbed. ===== I looked at all the local retailers and they all have softer brushes. The more I use this one, the more I like it, so I buy a second one. I will put it in my sauna. I've read that if you "scrub" your skin before going to the sauna, it will speed up the removal of old dead skin. They do the same in expensive salons.

Pros
  • LONG HANDLE: Useful to reach back and whole body.
Cons
  • The cable is shorter than other picks
