Drive a small nail into the wall and hang this outdoor shower as a reminder to use.

I brushed my teeth for the first time and my stomach was very bad. I kept brushing my teeth until I was done and was feeling weird and nauseous so I took a look and realized that this happens to some people because the lymph is moving and cleaning your system. The nausea only lasted 5 minutes or less, but it really proved to me that the little cleansing I was doing was effective. If you're new to drybrushing you might want to try this brush, but if you've been brushing for a while (I've been doing this occasionally for 15+ years) there are very few brushes that can compare to yerba.
