Yerba - Premium Quality Brush

If you're new to drybrushing you might want to try this brush, but if you've been brushing for a while (I've been doing this occasionally for 15+ years) there are very few brushes that can compare to yerba. My old yerba has seen better days so I decided to try a different brush. It was ok but the bristles weren't hard enough to feel like I was cleaning my skin well. I know many people who brush their skin hoping to get smooth skin and get rid of cellulite on their thighs but that's not why I use it. It gives me incredibly soft skin, but my main reason for using it is to help my lymphatic drainage. When I was younger, I used to have armpit pain when I had my period. My boobs would also become hypersensitive. My mother said it was always like this and I must have inherited this symptom. Then I read about dry brushing and its benefits for your lymph, including less painful armpits and breasts. So I started using dry brushing. And the pain and swelling are gone. I loved it and have continued to use it when needed. My mother passed away from breast cancer 4 years ago and I vowed to brush my teeth regularly with a dry brush. She never tried drybrushing, not even when I told her how much it helped. Yerba is a quality brush and I highly recommend it.
