I like the look of the helmet and more importantly, I feel more confident when riding. In 2002 I was hit by a car traveling at 55 miles per hour. I wasn't wearing a helmet but escaped with mostly minor injuries apart from a few minor memory issues. The worst thing though is that now every time I drive I hear the sound of a car behind me even when it's not there. As strange as it may sound, a good helmet at least helps me feel safer and a little bit more confident when riding. My old helmet was very worn and I never liked the fit. I saw this one at Revain, liked the price, the looks and the reviews so I ordered it. Have been wearing it around the house for a while just to see how it feels. It was wonderful! I almost didn't feel it on me because it's so light. My 15 year old twins, who think "nothing" is cool, both said they love the look of the helmet and I've never been hot in it, which is important to me too. . I put it on for about 5 miles this morning and felt the same way. I definitely recommend this helmet!
