I was surprised at how well this really works. Board looks like a surfboard turned into a TV trey. Honestly, I looked at this and wasn’t sure what to expect. I have had major back surgery and need to work out pretty regularly in order to maintain the muscles along my spine. However, due to my issues sharp or rapid twisting motions can cause me a great deal of pain. Needless to say looking at this I pretty much thought I would be in for a bad day.Trial, I made Big Burly (my guy) get on this first. You can see his fit on the board in the photos. He is 6’ 250 lbs and this board didn’t flinch. He was able to control his motions / movements with ease and didn’t feel like he would fall off the whole time he used it. Do I tried and found the same thing. I am lighter in weight, 180lbs, and also felt like I was in control the whole time. I could do all ab moments and twists and no issues that night or following day. Very comfortable and sturdy board.
