Review on Malco Modes Chiffon Petticoat Increase Women's Clothing in Skirts by Karen Murray

I've been looking for a jumpsuit for a petticoat for a long time and I came across this one. I'm a grown woman so I didn't want anything too pretentious or girly. Normally I would have ordered Medium but Medium was out of stock in the color I wanted so I went with Small based on the description of how to size.
