absolute scrap. From looks to equipment, this wiper arm is absolute junk. The finish on it looks like it was drawn by a first grader. The mounting hole is too small to miss the thread if you don't drill it. And the biggest problem is that it's bent the wrong way, causing the wiper motor to stall unless you get out and help it. It also didn't come in Dorman packaging, so I'm afraid it's fake. I expect and get much better quality from Dorman.
