They indicate tightness, but they are by no means tight! I bought them to add different acrylic powders, the cap doesn't close properly and all the powder squirts out! I will not buy this again! I am so disappointed! The only good thing is that the gold tip makes it look 'fancy', but how fancy can it be with all my powder squirting out! I will not buy it again and if I get my money back for it I definitely will.
