I love the performance of this machine as it eliminates odors around our toilet. BUT. I have bought 2 in the last 2 years. The last one in August 2017, and he died the same way as the previous one. I won't be so stupid as to buy another one.

The only complaint I have is that the ozone generator is too powerful even on the lowest settings. You should have special warnings about the device as it can cause ozone poisoning if you are not careful. I only use the ozone function when I'm not in the room. I've had this for a week now and it's working great so far. I have the ozone setting on 2 (one dot above "low") and the ionization setting in the middle, and we're letting it run for a couple of hours while we're home.
