I've had this for a week now and it's working great so far. I have the ozone setting on 2 (one dot above "low") and the ionization setting in the middle, and we're letting it run for a couple of hours while we're home. I wouldn't advise turning the ozone above 2 if you're at home while it's running because the ozone can irritate your lungs Things to look out for: 1) In order to use it to clean the air throughout your home, you need to use it alongside install it in the air intake of your air conditioner and leave the doors of all your rooms open. Our AC fence is in our hallway, there are no outlets nearby so we can't do that. Instead, we move it around the house every few hours to process each room. We leave the doors open to all nearby rooms where we're being treated, and that helps those rooms too, but not the whole house at once. 2) Please, please follow the cleaning instructions and don't forget to clean it. These things pull dust out of the air, which collects on the back panel and filters. Dust is highly flammable. These things can also generate static electricity. A small spark is enough to ignite the dust. This happened to a member of our family who had a similar device from a direct selling company a few years ago. We haven't had to clean ours yet as we've only had it a week, but as an extra precaution we don't run it when we're not home.
