I bought this in August 2017 and the fan stopped working after about 13 months. When I called the service department to ask where the fuse should be replaced they told me they ran out of fuse and the customer service lady said I probably had a blown unit but as it was over 1 year ago I might have they do nothing about it. and maybe I could take it to a shop to have the fan checked. unfortunately! There was no help! I would not buy any of their products and would not recommend them to any of my friends or family.
