The assembly instructions need to be changed (see below) but this is a great product! Love it.

First of all, the two shelves I put together look nice and there is enough space to hang a set of towels in the guest bedroom instead of my small bathroom. Perfect. Assembly Issues: A handle on each side of the bars is screwed in too tight to be easily unscrewed. I used rubberized gardening gloves and finally got it done. Manufacturers please stop making the tough guy do one side of the poles! Assembly instructions: not very good. After the first I figured out the solution, then everything is easy. Here's what to do. Sit on the couch and stand sideways to you. Hold this side with your knees and remove the screws from the handles on a pole. They don't tell you, but trying to turn the handle and screw combination is too tedious and frustrating. To do this, place the rod sideways in the upper groove and screw in the screw loosely. Lift the other side and connect the rod, screw it in slightly. Now he's standing normally with a little help from your knees. THEN remove the screw from one side (hold the knees), reinsert the screw into the button head, and then screw it in. Do the same on the other side. Now it's all done and the damn thing won't fall apart. Don't over tighten anything at first, there should be enough slack to seat the other two bars and the bottom post. When you have everything in, tighten it. Ideal! What drove me nuts was following the instructions and trying to get the handle/screw into the first bar. Hope that helps.
