So they are really whimsical and I really liked them at first. It wasn't until I started using them that I encountered some problems. The first problem is that it actually opens where the arc is. So I couldn't pack it so neatly after I put the jewelry inside. It's not a deal breaker and I'm not deducting stars. The second issue, and this is the big issue and why I'm deducting 1 star, is that one of the boxes is torn where the loop is caught between the cardboard and the paper lining. It was a gift and we didn't realize it until they opened it. It must have been damaged between the time I tied it up and took it to her house. Only 1 out of 6 failed. But it can be glued back on easily.
