The product is very bad, in the toilets and parts section

No instructions! One part says "this side up" but doesn't tell you which one is up. (bold by the way) and after installation the water kept in the toilet EVERY TWO DAYS! Now I'm back where I was two days ago and in a lousy job. Thanks for nothing. Oh wait a minute! Nothing! NOW this thing actually keeps the toilet flush OPEN! This prevents the valve from closing, so we smell really bad!
