I have all 10 bulbs intact. Only 1 doesn't work. This was the first one I took out of the box so I checked them all out. I suppose that's a good average, but I want all 10 to work. Just put in a lightbulb so you'll have to wait and see how long it lasts. But they were received quickly and they are bright as they should be. Update: The bulbs work fine. The lightbulb I put in my little salt lamp just went out so it lasted about 4 months. Not bad for 24/7 work. I'm happy.
