Great product! My only complaint is that there isn't a manual button to stop and close like I would like. I solved this problem by taking a 3/4" x 3/4" piece of wood about 24" long and adding a bead of window sealant to the wood. I then apply this to a vacuum bag placed in the machine is inserted. I press "wet" and let the vacuum process run. I press any button to stop the process while pressing the tree at the same time. The machine restarts, then I press the "Seal" button and the machine will just seal. Some air may escape, but it's great for baking bread and soft pastries. If the machine sucks in too much air, simply reduce the pressure on the wood. This may take several attempts require. But you can make it work. If you have tile or a rough surface, all you need is a smooth cutting board or smooth plywood. I have a tile counter, but using 16" x 20" plywood (3/4 " thick) functi excellent.
