The fact that it is easy for us to use and has an intuitive interface makes this software a no brainer. The customer service is also top-notch! They are always quick to respond and they make suggestions if you're having difficulties with their product. I can't think of anything bad about this software, but like I said above, sometimes there are minor glitches (like formatting issues). We solved the issue by contacting their support team and they were able to help us right away. If you have never used Mail Monitor, definitely check them out. It's a great piece of software and the customer service is second to none. I am using Mail Monitor to send out emails to our clients regarding their status. I like that it's easy for me as an admin of our account in addition with all other tools we use at work (Salesforce). It is also very helpful when looking into reports or analyzing data from previous emails sent out by us within SalesForce! The interface can be improved upon but this isn't something which makes/breaks my experience using them - just another thing they could improve if needed :) We are able track open rates etc.,.
