Complete nonsense. I have previously installed these LCDs on other C Class's (not from this company) and never had a problem. I'm more than competent at taking these cars apart, let alone a basic instrument cluster. If that means anything, I was a certified Benz master technician for many years. After installation, there was an unreadable area right in the center of the display. I called and sent a photo to the company and they told me it was because of something that happened during the installation. Ridiculous. Looks like I'll buy another one from someone who endorses their product.
