This thing works great. The hooks are built into your dock (like a wagon). Very streamlined. Strong connection. My particular complaint is that there are some types of third-party controllers that don't fit in the dock. USBC doesn't stick out enough. I suspect this may be a complaint about some controllers and not this dock. My workaround was a USB extension from female to male. Again, this is only an issue with SOME professional gamepads from other manufacturers.
