Very ergo! best for case

The lever is about the same length, but because it's angled/bent and the pedal bracket is flatter, the pedal itself is actually a bit wider. This allows your heel and foot to be at a more relaxed angle and not lean back too far to keep your heel on the ground. Photos before and after installing a new brake lever with an extended brake shoe.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Very comfortable for tall riders.

Very good quality part but make sure you get the zirconia lube out and use Loctite - mine broke down after a few miles (don't know when, accidentally noticed it was gone when changing the oil). This pedal is MUCH more comfortable, especially for taller boys like me (I use this pedal with the Tall Cycle Boys Moving Floorboards Kit (not available on Amazon I think). It's the perfect complement to the larger Boys Moving Floorboards drivers .

Not worth buying for my 2005 Harley Davidson FLSTF

Bought this item for my 2005 Harley FLSTF. The pedal isn't pushed far enough forward or down to make it a real upgrade from the stock pedal. I ended up cutting out the brace that attaches the pin to the master cylinder and moved it back about 1 inch to move the pedal forward and down to a comfortable position. After cutting and re-welding, the pedal is now in an improved position compared to the original. It's just not worth customizing a custom element.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

Not quite suitable for softtail, not worth the price.

Very disappointed in Kuryakin, the brass bushing in the pedal needs to be ground to fit the Softail spindle, even the spacer they send for the Softail does not fit the bushing. . I ended up taking a 1/2" wooden dowel wrapped in 180-grit sandpaper and sanding the bushing until I saw the right fit. just a different angle of the pedal.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Piggy bank price

IT IS NECESSARY! O consolation!

They say it doesn't work on the Road King but it does and it's designed to do that. This is absolutely necessary with an old bicycle. Newer bikes are not as poorly tuned as this pedal. My foot dangled 3 inches behind the step. Riding the new Ultra made me realize how bad mine is. My right leg almost cramped because I couldn't move it at all. This is a much more comfortable position for the press. I have included a picture of the actual installation on the box as the listing is incorrect.

Pros
  • great product

Great addition to your trip.

Arrived quickly and met all my expectations. Looks great with the pedal cover ordered. High quality chrome finish and looks great on my '09 heritage. Easy installation, took about 20 minutes. The instructions said the right hand plank should be removed for access, but this was not required in Legacy. The overall stretch wasn't much greater than the stock stretch, but changing the pedal angle made a big difference in opening up the bottom. All in all a great product.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • There are new competitors

oh it's SWEET! for body

I like it! I'm 6ft 4" and have a 1998 Road King. I "tolerated" it for a while since my local Harley shop is $160 to order. And I have other things that need more dollars. but when I saw it here for less than $60 from the seller. and confirmed the part number was the same as what I could order from my local store. i did this SO glad I did! I don't care what the description says. AT LEAST 3 inches forward than the pedal that was there! Now I can trip the whole boot, not just the heel and then the

Extended brake pedal

The concept sounds good, and it might be to some people. What I'm experiencing is my 2010 Ultra Limited with the lower fairing on the right side. When I move my foot to the brake position, the toe of my boot hits the bleed handle just above my toe. Not a very comfortable feeling in terms of safety and the need to brake hard. I watched the video and emailed Kuryakin with my concerns and asked what they would recommend. They recommended the 1071 for bikes with lower fairings. Dressing is not at…

No real difference from the standard

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the build quality is really good and they do have a smudge, but otherwise I should have listened to the 1 star reviews , because the difference between this and my standard pedal is so small that there really is no difference. The pedal arm curves down a bit instead of the original, which might give you a slight feeling of being longer, but let's just say I was able to easily fit my original pedal into the molded package that the new one came in. In…
