The silicone nozzles are poorly made and poorly fitting
I bought two heads to see if this was and seems to be a common problem. There are at least 3 silicone nozzles that spray water at an angle and at least 1 that leaks. The silicone atomizers also seem to have some kind of black residue inside, possibly from manufacturing. Cleaning or wiping the silicone nozzles will not correct nozzle misalignment or leakage. I suspect it's a problem with the silicone nozzles or something doesn't quite fit when they're fixed in the head.
