Pros: Good looking, quiet, good lighting, fan blades attached. Cons: No comprehensive instructions, and those that do are incomplete or inaccurate. There is a basic guide showing part of the steps. There is a separate piece of paper with some other details. The remote control receiver has instructions on the packaging. There are no instructions for the LED backlight kit at all. There are no instructions for attaching crystal balls. Also, the canopy in my kit had a different mount than the instructions stated. The same goes for the light ring which says only 1 of the 4 screws needs to be removed as if it has keyhole locks but in fact there are no holes for the locks. All four screws have to be loosened, otherwise the plastic cover gets in the way. It took over 1 hour to attach the crystal balls. You can change the color of the light, which convinced me through trial and error as there are no instructions (every time you turn the light off/on quickly it changes color). There are no instructions for the remote control other than the one printed on the back. No wall mount for remote control and no dimming option.
