It's not just about providing services, but also having access to technical expertise when needed or required by customer needs as well! Nothing at this moment that I dislike in techaffination team member yet because they are very professional & friendly towards customers with their service delivery model which makes it easier for us business owners who don't have much IT knowledge. My experience so far has been excellent since we started working together last year until now (3 years). We provide our clients high quality of work product/services through out life cycle management including project execution, support maintenance contract etc.
