That sucks! While I'd advise using about 6 ounces of water and sipping on a suction cup to bypass the "high-velocity coconut slap on the taste buds," it's really worth it. Nothing artificial and it does exactly what is advertised. I'm on a ketogenic diet and wanted to reduce sugar and artificial sweeteners as much as possible, so I gave it a go. I've been using it for about a week now and for 7/7 days I took a scoop and a half and had very good focus and energy for about an hour to an hour and a half. I don't mind the beta-alanine tingle of traditional pre-workouts, but it was a steady flow of energy over a long period of time. Very good. I'd give it a 5/5, but this coconut can be a bit overwhelming if you're not used to it. 5/5 for energy and focus and decent pump support, but 3/5 for flavor. Will definitely add it to my reorder list.
