It's very easy to use, it saves me time by doing all my research for myself rather than googling things over again when I get stuck while working through an SEO project or keyword plan! Plus you can easily create new campaigns within one platform so its great as well if they do have some downtime with their service but that never happens often anymore anyway =).

Nothing really - unless maybe looking at different plans? But there are plenty out here already too haha :) Great tool though regardless. We're using this website mainly because we needed something like ASAP (as in right now) since our business relies heavily upon search engine rankings.
