This is the perfect neutral show that goes with all of my daughter's beautiful dresses. I ordered based on the size chart and it runs VERY large. First I ordered 13, then I ordered 11. 11 fits better. There is a bit of room in her fingers but that will only allow her to wear them longer. Note: My daughter's tennis shoes are a size 11 and were perhaps half a size larger than what would 'fit' her foot. . I wanted her to have room to grow when I bought her. So I would recommend ordering by your child's shoe size.
