Very impressed on arrival

I had only been using the Finti iPad case for a couple of months when it started falling apart. This was the third or fourth case of this company in many years and the first that I was disappointed with. When I found this case online I was hoping that maybe they had grabbed a good idea and improved it. Looks even better in reality than in the pictures online. The optics are really nice and seems very high quality. This unit can be mounted vertically or horizontally using the small grooves in the lid and sewn pieces of material that prevent it from slipping out of the groove. It works very well! The body of the case is made of rubber material, not the hard plastic Finti uses. I hope this means it allows for longer usage. The corners are also lightly ribbed to help if you drop it to provide impact protection. The inside of the suitcase lid feels like soft sheepskin. It may be vinyl, but it's actually very attractive. I love that it has a pocket to slip a note in, a wrist strap, and the ability to flip the lid back for a comfortable hold. I particularly like the rotation feature this case has. There's a magnetic clasp that folds up in the front to keep it closed, which works really well and folds back to keep it out of the way. As with other cases I've used, I couldn't get the lid's magnetic closure to turn off my iPad or wake it up when I opened it. I rely on the power button to dim and put the screen to sleep. I'm so used to it that it's not a problem. I really hope this case lasts and lasts because it is such an attractive product. I will come back later and give an update.
