This is my second thank you gift and it's just as attractive and useful as the first. The only reason I had to get this one was because I needed a different iPad (a different size than my first one). This was a harsh review as I really liked some aspects of this case but almost hated some other aspects of it. Appearance: This case looks great - both front and back. I bought the rose gold color for my rose gold iPad. If you look at the image that shows the back of the case, you'll see that it complements it very well. I had only been using the Finti iPad case for a couple of months when it started falling apart. This was the third or fourth case of this company in many years and the first that I was disappointed with. Overall I really like this case. Appearance and design are very beautiful. One gripe is that the swivel moves too easily - it would be nice if it had a little resistance or a few notches where it would stay in certain basic positions (horizontal and vertical) and not deviate from dh. The hand strap is not as effective as I would like. This is a very well thought out beautiful case. The only problem I had was that there were no instructions on how to use it. I was initially annoyed that the magnetic closure kept falling on my screen. Then I decided to bend it and attach it to the edge of the lid with a magnet. position, it kept falling down on me. I like the grip to hold the iPad securely, especially on the plane) Convenient inner pocket for tickets and receipts. REALLY pretty and super functional. The color is the same as the picture, there is indeed a microphone hole on the back (see photo). I like how the back pivots to place the tablet either long side up or short side up vertically without removing it from the case (the entire back rotates). Also, the slight bulges on the inside of the case keep it from falling over, as I've seen other products where the tablet slides and won't hold - not this one.
