Review on Nikon D810 Full-frame DSLR Camera Body by Gim Sohyeôn ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits the description completely, very satisfying.

In general, a very solid thing for its money, you can shoot in any genre, but still its element is a portrait. Demanding on optics, sold 70-200 2.8 compared to sigma art, it doesn’t even stand next to the picture. Very pleased with them. Shoot only in rav, jepeg for fuja, they immediately have a beautiful picture, although maybe I don’t know how to set up jepeg or photoshop is not correct, when you open it in the ravine, the eye rejoices, easy correction and that’s it! :)

Pros
  • Resolution with Sigma art optics, I own 20 mm. 1.4; 35 mm. 1.4; 85 mm. 1.4. The dynamic range is good, but miracles do not happen, so you need to set the exposure for specific tasks. Noises are choking, above 5000 ISO it makes no sense to shoot, in my opinion, except for bw. You can travel with a sigma 35 1.4 very light pair with a bodysuit, well, in principle, grab a flash and it’s enough for all tasks, when traveling, if not all sorts of fashion or architecture.
Cons
  • This is the focus area field! How can cropped autofocus be inserted in such a camera ?! It is missing, only in live view all over the field! And at aperture 1.4, if you focus on the central point, or the one that is extreme in the crop, and you want to focus closer to the edge of the frame, you will leave the 100% sharpness zone, especially with manual Helios on an open hole. It's very stressful. Difficulties with connecting an external monitor, lack of Wi-Fi. Well, a swivel screen would not hurt, at least you could simply connect an external monitor so that you don’t crawl on all fours or on your belly!
