The only reason I'm giving 4 starts and I really do mean, the only reason, is because I am a little large in the chest area and had to have the dress altered in the neckline and also hemmed because I'm so short. I had gained quite a bit of weight so I was concerned about wearing something so form fitting. The fabric is super sleek and is VERY forgiving because it's stretchy. It's not so stretchy that it looks cheap, which was excellent I have to say that I felt super sexy in this dress for my best friends wedding. Her theme was Old Hollywood and it was seriously a hit. Everyone kept asking where I got it from. Walmart, baby! The price point on this piece was fantastic. We were allowed to pick our own dresses, which was super sweet of the bride but I felt confident in my dress and I know that I can absolutely wear this again to anything. The before picture shows how the neckline didn't really gather like it shows in the picture. Again, that's not anyone's fault, it's my build. My cousin is a seamstress, so I had her take the extra layer of fabric on the inside (which I'm sure is to give you more lining) and she cut it up to the neckline so that it would lay right. From there, she made more of a boat style neckline so that I didn't look like I was in a straight jacket. I'm sure if you're more petite, this will fit like a glove for how it was intended. For someone like me who is a little heavier and curvier, you may have to have alternations done but for the price, it's affordable and worth it. 100% a great buy!
