The sound quality is excellent. I also like the fact that the caller's phone number is announced so you'll be notified of an incoming call. My problem is related. It doesn't automatically connect to my phone when I take it out of the case even though my bluetooth is on and listed as one of the bluetooth devices. I have to put it back in the case and plug it into the car charger and then take it out again for it to be recognized. which is very annoying. I want it to be easy to take with me and be able to make or receive calls with ease. Another thing I noticed is that it doesn't automatically turn off when plugged in and placed in the case. So I'm going to answer calls manually to my ear and wondering why I can't hear the person and understand that even if they're in a case and the case is closed, they're still connected I can go back.
