I was glad to get this. I figured a frame would make things easier. I snapped the bezel into place, aligned the screen protector and after removing most of the padding I found that the screen protector covered part of the camera opening. I tried changing the position but when I was done there were air bubbles and tiny dust particles that IU couldn't remove. Passed cleaning and positioning with the second shield. Everything looked fine until I removed the frame and with it the shield. 99% bubbles came out. My case hides the rest. Overall I expected a better experience. Now I have to buy another protector for my wife's tablet (as I wasted one). UPDATED 9/10 I have updated the review because of their customer service. They contacted me several times to try to solve my problems. Very impressive. Glory to them.
