Review on HP PageWide 552Dw Printer Wireless by Jason Staggs

My 552dw printer freezes after printing medium to large sized documents. After the print job is complete, it is not responding from the browser interface or the printer control panel. The power button is not responding. The only solution is to unplug the power cord and plug it back in. This happens daily and has become extremely inconvenient. HP Technical Support was unable to provide a solution. There is no response from the company on the matter. We're trying to get another printer; however, it doesn't work that well. With the exception of this defect, the printer meets all our requirements. Consequently, I do not recommend this printer or other HP printers because they cannot solve technical problems. A few months later, the problems only got worse. It does not respond to user input. The power button doesn't work either. A hard reset requires turning off the power. A restart is required after printing a large document. HP support could not solve the problem. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
