Printer freezes daily and requires a forced restart

My 552dw printer freezes after printing medium to large sized documents. After the print job is complete, it is not responding from the browser interface or the printer control panel. The power button is not responding. The only solution is to unplug the power cord and plug it back in. This happens daily and has become extremely inconvenient. HP Technical Support was unable to provide a solution. There is no response from the company on the matter. We're trying to get another printer; however…

I was very disappointed with this printer

I was very disappointed with this printer. I was at Best Buy and there was an HP rep. I told him about my small business, how much I print, what kind of paper I use etc. I told him I use a Brother laser printer and I am very happy with it. He kept telling me that I would be much happier with this HP PageWide. That the print quality was excellent and that I would be shocked at how much I missed. I had already read about Colorlok paper so I asked him and even told him what brand of paper I use…

I love this printer

Despite all the bad reviews, I bought an HP PageWide Pro 552dw business color printer for my office. It's very fast (which I like), but the color quality isn't the best. I use a different printer when I need to print photos, but this printer is great for printing. Many of the negative reviews are related. I decided from the start not to connect it to the internet. I use a printer cable. If you're not connected to the internet, much cheaper non-genuine ink works just fine. The colors of these…

It works, very economical, so fast that your head is spinning.

There are only two types of printers. HP i. and then everything else. If you type a lot, this is the only copy. The paper jam is a faint memory. For printing books that I staple, coil, or hand staple, bind, paperback, or hardcover. They can be printed individually or in hundreds. I've had inkjet printers for over 20 years and nothing I've seen compares to this in a desktop class. I have printed BOXES WITH 20# PAPER, cards and 16# thick. Can you say "35 ppm duplex"?
