My dog can be a little weak when it comes to walking in the rain. Got this for the transition from winter coat to rainy spring. Not as waterproof as I would like, it acts as a first line of defense. The way it connects front and back is quite odd. She hates being pulled over her head and the back buckles can catch on her legs when she crouches to urinate if they are too loose. With her lightweight walking harness that attaches to the front, you simply go through one of the leg holes (and that's okay). It's very thin and light, which is good for warm weather.
