As the title suggests I've had this for a while to make sure I like it. Answer: Yes. At first I couldn't get the thing to stick. It stuck to my dashboard and was on the floor the next morning. It put me off. I tried cleaning the dashboard but it still didn't work. At this point, the suction cup (with adhesion) is completely dirty because it fell on the floor. My stroke isn't smooth so I figured that might be the reason. It was. In my other car (with slick dash) it got stuck and wouldn't come off (after cleaning). So back to my van which I bought it for. It also comes with a vent clip which I thought would not work. It attaches not just to an air vent, but to anything it can wear. I put mine on the center console and it has been there for weeks. I have an S8 Plus so it's a heavy phone and it works great.
