Beautiful and simple decor. Comes with tools.

Okay, first let me say that I have some OCD that have lasted longer than I think it would take another person to apply. 1) I ordered it on Tuesday to receive it on Thursday evening. Love it! 2) Figuring out how to straighten the lines took the longest. Probably an hour. Until I realized that the template doesn't allow straight lines either horizontally or vertically. Which actually made my job easier. And it's easier for me to check daily because I don't see any errors. 3) Once I figured it out, it was pretty quick. I removed the plastic backing, sprayed the glass and window side of the film with soapy water and banged it against the patio door window. Almost floor to ceiling. 4) I trim off any visible excess while working on how to make the cuts precise. 5) I used a shower scraper. I recommend using a real squeegee rather than a credit card. I gently squeezed out the air bubbles and used a towel to wipe away the excess soapy water that came out. 6) To make the final cut: I used a metal ruler (included) and pressed the foil to the edges and then using a knife (also included) trimmed the sides, top and bottom. 7) I wiped the door again with a towel to wash off the water. That's all! In total it took about 2 hours. I love how beautiful it is and how different it looks in every light. I also like how they sent you the tools you need. 1) Microfiber cloth for final glass cleaning before film spraying. 2) ruler. For precise cuts when needed.3) Exacto Knife. You really can't do without it if the area you want to cover is larger than foil. I'll totally buy another one. Worth every penny. I love how nobody can see in unless their face is in the window and how beautiful it looks and the compliments I get. I've been wearing it for a month now from June to July. You can usually get by with a temperature of 110 degrees. Let's see how it goes this winter. I liked it so much that I posted a video review on the internet. Update: 12/10/2020: This has been going on for all seasons and didn't have a single problem with it at all. No lifting, no discoloration. It looks like I put it on in July 2018. And I still get compliments. If you're thinking of buying, do it!
