The price reflects the quality of this leash. The latch is cheap and inconvenient to use. Not very good. We attach another latch. The photo had a blue pen, so I was hoping for a blue one, but got an orange one. Pooh. It says that the color selection is random. But why? Again, this was a good price and would probably be good for training our Bichon pup. We're not going out on the street with him. I would be afraid if it dangles it might break as it seems to be a pretty cheap material. We'll use him internally to keep him around and avoid trouble. It should be good for that. Just need a better latch.
