The biggest thing that I like about split is how easy it was for me (a non-technical user) get up & running quickly without needing much knowledge or experience in coding/scripting languages such as Python etc..
It's also great being able to have custom fields added easily from within our customer portal which makes reporting more efficient! There are some minor things but nothing too major so far - would love if we could add another email address type instead just AIM since my work account doesn't seem very compatible yet? Also not sure why emails were marked read when they weren't actually open by anyone other than myself. Been using this product over 2 months now during implementation phase where all new features had been developed before going live via pull request workflow between developers who wrote them vs customers themselves adding support requests into system through ticket creation flow.
